Game freezes whenever I select a map...

I've been busting my ass off the last few weeks creating my first mod. Everything's been going surprisingly well until this morning. Now, whenever I select the map and hit "OK" on the "Select A Map" screen, the cursor turns into the globe, and the game (BtS 3.19) goes into "Not Responding" in the Task Manager. Last night, it worked perfectly, and after quitting, the only thing I did was go into the WBS file to delete a bunch of units the game had created on its own. Any way to fix it, or has 2 months of hard work basically just gone down the drain?

*EDIT* It's not the mod, either. Other scenarios work just fine with it.
