Game limits button

Hi Im having trouble with some of the features of this button. Mainly with the advance multiple and wonder multiple, what do these do? Any links to references or if you know just tell me. Thanks.

It only affects the game if you are playing with the victory point condition on. The wonder multiplier determines how many victory points a wonder is worth by deciding how many points each shield spent on the wonder counts.
The same goes for advance multiple except that it decides how many vicory points you get for researching techs.
