Game Limits Question

I have noticed since installing either Conquests or it's patch that now all my games end at 540 turns. I can change it to 1000 turns, but how do I disable it completely. I have tried starting a game with ever going into the game limits but still at turn 540 it is game over.

You can't turn it off. If you want to edit it, you may, and save the changed game in your scenarios folder, for whenever you want a never-ending game.

Otherwise, I suggest 2 things: Just click the 'I wanna play a couple more turns' after the time limit is over, or improve your strategy, so the game will end long before you reach the time limit.
