Game Paused

Hello Everyone and Happy New Year,
I was playing an online game that I created through Steam and accidently paused the game on my turn.....not sure how I did it,I typing a message in the chat when all of a sudden it said on the screen the I paued the game. For the love of me ,how do I un pause it in the future. any help with this would be gratly appreciated...Thanks

Check the hotkeys, there's a key for pausing the game, not sure what is by default.
