Game runs opening video but never starts.

I have installed the game twice--I think correctly...and I did have the "incorrectly labeled CD's" and made that change, but here's the problem.

The game seems to start correctly, but my first screen is completely blue until I mouse-click on it, then I get the beautiful video and the beautiful music and my mouse pointer icon--but there are no menu choices, and clicking or hitting the usual keyboard buttons do nothing either...so all I get is the pretty video but can't start the game.

I am using a GeForce FX 5500 Video Card, with 512MB of RAM, XP Home.

Did you buy the boxed version or download the game over internet?

If you bought the boxed version download the 1.52 patch from firixas website.

If you downloaded the game over the internet then get the 1.09 patch from the download site you bought the game from.

...to Neon Deon...the patch seems to have worked.

I guess considering the long list of problems on this website, I should consider myself lucky to only have had to spend 3 hours trying to fix my version of the game?
