Game runs too slow

Hi

New to the forum so I apologize if this question has been asked a dozen time. I just purchased a new PC laptop and although the game loads much quicker than my old PC, playing the game is much slower even though my PC is much faster (Solid state HD, double the gHZ, etc.). I've minimized all the video settings and it still takes 5 to 10 seconds to scroll from unit to unit. Any ideas?

Enable "quick turns" and "quick movement" ( I believe that's what the second one is). Also, there are a couple of mods in the mod forums that helps as well.

try reinstall.5-10 sec is too long.also delete cache it might help
