Game says loading and then says unexpected error occured

I have a laptop and Civilitation 4 worked before i havent tried it for a month or 2 and then everytime i pop in the disk or click on the shortcut its says loading,but before it gets to the loading bar one of those unexpected error messages pops up send do not send you know and it quits out.

I have this same problem and i don't know what to do. Someone please help if you know anything.
