Game won't launch

I bought Civ VI and cannot get it to launch. I have all the required specs on my msi gaming computer. I have disabled windows defender and firewall. i have updated my driver's and have directx 12. I have tried at least 10 different recommendations from web searches and the game still won't launch. Can anyone help?

Count you blessings. I'd just st go get CIV IV. Must be cheap on Steam (or with disc on Amazon), and is a much better game.
