Game wont Start (Latest update as of July 4th)

Hello, I am newer to civ 6, i have had the game since Christmas 2 years ago, and i have recently got a new computer and downloaded the game to the new computer this computer is the same Specs as my last computer which could play Civ 6. When i attempt to open Civ 6 Steam will say that the game is running however The game will never start. I have no mod and the Aztec DLC. i have tried to uninstall and reinstall it, which hasn't worked.
