GamePro Civ V Preview Issue - Where and When?

I thought I heard somewhere that the GamePro issue with the Civ V preview wasn't going to be available on newsstands until March 9th. Yet someone has already posted details of the preview here in this forum. Is this issue of GamePro available already? If so where can a non-subscriber pick it up? Thanks!
