Gathering Storm Achievements not triggering

Hi guys,
I haven't read all the other posts on this type of issue but hope that someone answers this honestly without being cynical.
I have now had two achievements not trigger during a few recent games, one on "hot seat" and the other on a normal game. Is anyone else having issues in this area? have multiple times checked the requirements and can confirm that they all had been met and in some cases surpassed.
Is there a mention somewhere of this issue being a regular problem.
