[GEM v1.06] Buying Tiles not working

When I click on the buy tiles button, the yields for the buyable tiles show up, but price for the buyable tiles doesn't show up. I also can't buy the tiles when i try to click on them.

It's shown like that if you dont have enough gold to buy any of the tiles.

Just tested and with 27 Gold in treasury the behavior was like you said but with 2700 gold in treasury (tested with Firetuner) I can see actual tile prices and buy tiles.

It should show the tile price in red when it's a valid location, but too expensive to purchase. I am investigating this further right now.

Edit: I found the bug, and it should be fixed in Civup v36.
