General QOL Suggestions (that don't warrant a thread of their own)

I'm not sure if this thread already exists as I'm too busy playing the game to work a proper due diligence search but it occurred to me there was too much scrolling in the resources tab. This is especially true if you're wide, and if you are wide it requires extra attention (adding fuel to the need).
Summary: I'd like to be able to both get a quick visual of which cities are on the threshold of a loyalty crisis without excessive mouse scrolling.
Edit: A sort by option (happiness in this case) would be nice as well.

Not sure this is the right place to post or others have said...

1) I'm playing as Napoleon, I need to be able to rename my Army Commanders. I name them after the real Marshals and I can tell what abilities I've given them based on the name at a glance. I know its a bit niche but it means I have spend an extra 20-30s each time, unless I remember which tile I put them on.

2) Another QoL improvement for Devs: please tone down or remove the natural disasters/weather. Having to repair districts every 2-3 turns isn't fun and I don't know why this feature is there when they've clearly focused on removing tedium from the game design. If it remains, can we have a feature to automate repairs? I literally can't be bothered to do it after 30x times and I ended up just leaving the city on fire (after being flooded!).

3) Renaming cities please, I think they've heard that.

I also second the resource management requests above.
