We never had any intention of letting your terrorist organizations join Mexico, you seek only the destruction of the unity of the Mexican Nation and your own personal gain through terror and destruction. This time we will eliminate you.

Our nations have had past ties, and while the current ties between Mexico and your people are very little to non existent, I wish offer a hand of friendship and cooperation between us. I can understand if you are reluctant to accept this offer, you have been in far better hands with the United States of American than if you were still part of the Mexican nation. My nation has caused your people many grievances, and for that I wish to apologize and would like to start fresh. Unfortunately I am not only writing for friendship, as the past years have shown, and even this recent action, the United States of America is no longer looking out for the interests of their people or even the states. The Pretender state in New York has declared aggressive action against a former state, threatening to take away its statehood if it succeeds in its plans. Then we move to Washington, full of corrupt politicians, only looking to line their pockets and achieve short term gain for themselves with a net long term damage to the United States as whole. I come pleading to you, not for the benefit of the Mexican nation, but for the benifit of yours, DO NOT, put yourselves in either of these situations, do not join with the Aggressive totalitarian pretender state in New York, and don't go crawling back to a failed political center that doesn't care about your interests or needs.
