gifs on internet don't work!!

on the internet, the gifs don't do anything, they just sit there
I have IE 6 and i have skimmed through the internet options button a couple times
IT"S REALLY IRRITATING!!!!!!

yes, the button is checked but it dosent work at all

Are you running any ad-blocking software?

Use SpyBot/Ad-Aware to scan for Spyware...

If you're running ad-blocking software that may be it.

It's not adware, i've scanned with ad-aware tons of times
I'ts not Zone Alarm(my firewall) because my cousin has the same thing and they work on his computer.
U think there might be something on windows update?

It could still be Zone Alarm, the free version can't stop animations but the pro version can.

I got free version of ZA
the solution was on that thing, my gifs are associated with an image viewer app
