For all of you who dont know, I asked Mariner to start a new thread, because he threadjacked since he didn't know where else to post his question.
Anyway, what is the demogame? the demogame is like a bunch of people all leaning over a player's shoulder and telling him/her what to do. Exept the player is allowing us to tell him/her what to do. This is a sort of bad example.
So how do we do it? every month we elect a president. Every couple of days we give the elected president instructions on how he is going to play the game on behalf of all the demogamers. Each person takes care of different instructions, e.g. the governors give instructions of a certain number of cities, and the military Advisor tells the president what he must do with all the military units. Instructions are given for the next 10-20 turns.
The president then enters a chat room, and any citizen of the demogame can enter that chat room. Together, whoever is there plays the next 10-20 turns of the game, then posts the results. Everybody then posts any new instructions, and the cycle continues.
