Btw about RP and such in GMR -
This game good to have alot of diplo (or false diplo) going in thread and behind the scenes. Firstly - Pact vs Non-Pact.... Any hidden threaties, backstabs, Coalitions, Cease Fires, Tributes, Payments to attack are more than Wellcome. Lets make it Dirty Politics (Or not Dirty) of Information Era powered with Nuclear Bombs or GDRs

Yeah the turn based is a little crazy for naval war. I couldn't even see your units before they took each of my cities except the capitol because it took 2 turns. I actually found out that you'd conquered my first city from this thread rather than the game. Lol.

Survey is very important in close quarters. Esp at late era where units move so fast. If you dont see your neighbour that means he might come from a rear
