Edited and bumped. Still recruiting players for a new GMR game, these are the settings (with explanations in spoilers):
8 human players, with 2 day turn timer and skip limit of 4 before kick.
Gods and Kings expansion, no ancient wonders dlc
Continents plus, map size: Standard
16 city states
Game pace: Quick
Medieval era start
All other settings and victory conditions are default
Important rule: When someone is set to vacation mode, negotiation with the AI is NOT allowed.
Random civilizations, each player may veto one civilization from the game (no one will play that civ, I will assign the non-vetoed civilizations randomly)
If you are interested please post or PM your steam name and vetoed civilization (optional), if you are missing some dlc civs, also list that here. I will try to arrange turn order so that it fits with our schedules. If you could post the time when you think you will most often be able to take your turn that would be great. Please post in UTC, for example, I will usually be able to play starting after work 6PM EDT = 22:00 UTC. Here is a handy converter http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html
To start things off, I veto Austria.

was planing to set this to deity but not sure how that works with vacation mode, will set to prince instead
Game pace: Quick
Spoiler :
GMR games are slow enough as it is!
Medieval era start
Spoiler :
You will start with 3 spears, 2 settlers, and a worker, so you will have plenty of actions right from turn 1, also still leaves time for religions to be founded
