GMR game thread: City-State Indulgence

[New Weird Order]

City State Indulgence C.S.I., five player, fifteen city states, NO AI, NO barbarians, NO ruins, SMALL map size, SHUFFLE map type (all details unknown), CLASSICAL era start. ALL victory types, ALL DLC , Quick speed, 24 hour timer, 24 skips allowed. Casual game for casual players intent on completing the game. I do not want somebody to get kicked because they had something unexpected or more important to deal with. Please do not join if you are not genuinely interested in this game. Be their friend, or wipe them from the map, it's CITY STATE INDULGENCE!

This game has already started. Players, feel free to use this thread for the game if you wish.

Its spanish, or possibly portugese. You really cant tell the difference?

Its definitly spanish, tough only the city-state warning are in a different language. If you really cant understand one message, just click on the city-state itself, you should figure out after.

Icon works fine

English is my second language, and I'm not from Europe so did not learn other European languages

Im not from Europe either, but as French is my main language, it help me understand spanish as they are very similar.

Yeah, European languages are all similar, all originate from Latin I guess?

Most of them are germanic languages and have some similarities. Then there are some variations of russian (dont know the origin for that) and hungarian/finnish witch is just weird.

English and German would be prime exemple of germanic language(they are also very similar)

Of course there is a lot more language in both type, plus the other languages that Foffaren mentioned as well but I dont want to disgress

Michael, 'Into the renaissance' has turn every 2-3 days, is it ok you queue up some building and unit movements so that I don't have to adjust turn timer for that game?

Sorry I can't login to GMR website using my phone. And I don't want to turn on PC now.

I think this is one of the few/only one he was thinking about when he asked for turning off the timer. One of the few games where there is lots of stuff is happening.

Onan. Have you continued reading up on the comments on this game? Do you still want to join as roman?

I wouldn't want to hold the "into the renaissance" game up. I will try to queue up build orders and run the game in vacation mode.

BTW how do you queue build orders? Sorry for the noob question I have always just done build orders one at a time.

If you go inside the city to select what building or unit to build, the down left corner has a box to tick, and other buttons to move queued stuff up or down.
