Since it was originally my idea along with a few others (e.g., stormerne), can I join as an honorary member or something like that? I realize I haven't actually played a GOTM since the first game or two , but I still would like to support it as a concept. I am a dreadfully slow player, and I don't always have a lot of time to dedicate to it, so it is extremely difficult for me to complete a game in a month so I rarely try. However, I like having the discussion threads to troll through for tips and ideas. Keep the maps small, keep the difficulty up, and most importantly, keep the games going!

It seems to me the one that like the GOTM are listed in the results of at least one month, and the ones that love it play at least one more game!

I'm not much one for lists, though the real winners are those that manage to get a submission in each month, which is no easy feat in the schedules of many people these days!

Yup, it be me. More like 8+ months.... I've had to do some real life things that put the whammy on civ. I hope to have the time to play a GOTM each month now, and may get a notebook PC for travel. It's nice to see the Civ 2 GOTM survived the Civ 3 onslaught.... seems Civ 3 still has a few issues to iron out, judging from some posts I've read. I have not installed Civ 3 yet, mainly because of time and my weak PC hardware (evidently Civ III really appreciates a fast CPU and good graphics card, LOL)....
