Gold to other civilization major bug: Losing money instead of getting it

I received peace offers from 2 civs, Germany and Egypt. They offer me 5 gold each per turn plus a bunch of stuff.

Instead of receiving it, I end up losing it!!! So I'm like okay small bag wahtever it'll be fixed in 25 turns. 100 turns later, I have zero active deals but I am still giving out 10 gold to other civilizations. It sucks.

Technically maybe, but the symptoms are different (somehow).
I think i'll let the threads separated, so that the people can easier find it (will rename this thread now).
