Golden Age is supposed to double GPPs.

Yet I went from 46 to only 82 GPPs after completing the Taj Mahal.

I should have at least got 92 not 82. And technically I should have gotten more as the Taj mahal also contribs GPPs itself.

I'm wondering if there was some sort of bug with this? Or perhaps there is something in the calculations I am not aware of.

Got any other bonuses to your GPP output? Say, the parthenon?

If you have the parthenon and no other bonuses to GPP before the golden age, you had 31 base GPPs. The +50% bonus was giving you 31*1.5 rounded down=46 total.

The Taj Mahal bumps you up to 33 base GPPs and ADDS an additional 100%, for a total multiplier of 150%. 33*2.5 rounded down=82.

MF, thanks, I should have paid more attention to the BASE. I did build the parthenon this time around (often I skip it), so it seems the mystery is solved there.

Though that reminds me, I haven't checked if in BtS they stop generating GPPs from wonders once they become obsolete or not. (no pun intended).
