@Goober basiclly my eco and industry are supposed to be higher than what they were before because not only am I rebuilding I am adding to it.

Er, India did pay 9 eco points to the Commonwealth Union.
I didn't announce it or anything because I figured that Toteone and silver had coordinated stuff, and would know about it. Since the CU didn't spend it, I will consider that they banked it for this round.
@ silver - You are making a transition from a Fascist state to a Communist one. It is not going to be easy. Plus, you have had ICBMs hurled at you, wrecking some of your industry. A Project will help with these things, of course.

The update is, I think, finally totally finished. Except for the RSA stats, which will be finished soon. So, we can start looking towards the new Update. I have 4/22 Orders, so keep them on a coming! Update 7 is on page 57, in case anybody wanted to see what changed. Basically, Nigeria and the RSA continued their war, and exchanging of Missiles.
Any concerns, you know where to find me.
