OFFICIAL LETTER FROM LAVROV TO THE AUSTRIAN GOVERNMENT

HUNGARY

Dear Sir or Madam,
As has been stated previously, Russia has invaded Hungary because Hungary is the nation that has given protection to, and funded, the terrorists that have committed nuclear terrorism and caused the massive tsunamies that have devastated a number of Coalition and other nations. Russia has no interest in Hungary other than the removal of the current government, a public trial of the dictator, and reparations to the damaged Coalition members. Therefore, if Austria is willing to replace the current government, hand over the Hungarian dictator to Russia to be tried for terrorism and crimes against humanity, and to guarantee Hungarian reparations in the amount of 8 eco payed to the Coalition, all Russian troops will withdraw immediatly. We however must warn you, that if we have forgiven you the blunder of killing a number of Russian troops by mistake over the last few months of the conflict, we will not do so again. You are aware that there are Russian troops present in the country, and if we establish that the Austrian military has done anything to harm any Russian soldiers in Hungary, Russia will ensure the protection of its soldiers in way that would not be beneficial to Austria.

We agree. The above was certainly not meant as a threat, but rather as a semi-warning-our troops should not fight one another.
The Hungarians are likely to be much more receptive to us, their Brethen.
We will, of course send you all those you wish, and squeeze reparations out.
In fact, if needed, we shall pay for them ourselves.
We wish to offer condolences for any mistakes that have been made on either side, but in war, mistakes are made.

OOC- Is the CC basicly all pupet figures of you? since you are the Secreratary you are able to make decisions for the members. It is really annoying how most topics (Like letting the CU join the Non-aligned union) arn't even voted on and russia makes the decision for everyone.

If you join the Non-aligned union you will be under the protection of a large amount of member, and there millitaries. It wil lbe the same in essence except you don't have to pay outragous sums of money and not be able to do research and not be able to make foriegn policy. All members of the Non-aligned union don't need to do any of those.

We request money to help spread democracy. And we prefer if you give it, but it isn't needed.

You don't need to do anything special about techs when you are here.

We request that you donate forces to our defence force, but it isn't needed.

The only fixed rule is that you will help a nation which is attacked to the best of your ability. And that you don't take part in any major World Wars.

With no promises, hope or demands, there is little to dream forward to within an alliance. The CU even now is far from a complete member of the CC, as we have stated previously it was defeated by Parliament.
However, and we vow this to be true. One day, if our people allows it - we'll be the scientists of the Coalition. In our ivory towers (hopefully very tax deductable) we'll study the secrets of the universe and unlock them for the world.
The CC is the future. (boyaka Contempt! I'm sorry for the US but you could have showed up in the Vietnam war! Russia was there in force w/ Raistlin as President! )

(*sigh* I think I might even pony up the 1+3 eco. I should have paid so many times ago to North Vietnam and Russia. Not extortion, a friendly gesture of appreciation to the CC. Thanks for not demanding anything when Matt Sukha spilt the secrets while drunk.)

Blip. Blip. Blip.

Major Sakura glanced at his radar screen. He was fast approaching his prey. Major Sakura armed the guns on his sleek, brand new, state-of-the-art F-66 Eagle II. The Mitsubishi Boom Engines allowed the F-66s unprecedented manueverability and speed, as evident by his 90 degree turn at 700 MPH. Major Sakura's target came into visual range, a remote controlled fighter drone. With crosshairs locked, Major Sakura fired.

The drone does a barrel roll a split-second before the stream of bullets reach it.

"Curses!" Pulling his stick back, the F-66 does full vertical circle, achieving over 6 Gs; luckily for the major, the F-66s were designed with a bubble cockpit to reduce G-forces. The fighter drone is nowhere to be found.

BEEP BEEP BEEP.

The warning for enemy tracking had come on. The fighter drone had managed to get behind the F-66 and was now trying to achieve a radar lock. Major Sakura engaged his air brakes, the drone screamed past the F-66. With a decisive radar locked, Major Sakura switched over to missiles and fired a Lancelot SRM, specifically designed for melee combat and with the capability to fire backwards.

A few seconds after the missile went on its a, a bright explosion filled the sky.

"Control, this is Blossom 1, mission accomplished."
"Very good Blossom 1, proceed through remaining waypoints and head back to base. I'll pay you lunch."

OOC: Raistlin as President of Russia before destroyed all hopes of a Strong Democratic Russia, what he did may be good in your eyes toteone, but to his countrymen... let's say he's not exactly a saint...

For the record, the Austrian-CER skirmishes were small, and probably equal numbers on both side were killed, although nothing is certain. For the most part, the CER and Austrian troops didn't attack each other, mainly 'cause the Hungarians were proving to be more of a challenge then previously estimated.

It's closed because of the number of posts in the thread. (It creates a heavy load on the server). Not sure where you're getting the idea that the threads will be deleted, though. Just start a new thread.
