I view of recent developments in Spanish-African War Brazil came up with the following initiative:
"For Our Children" Treaty under the modern UN. States signing this agreement are obliged not to use nuclear armaments in war unless they are being attacked by nuclear forces from any other state. Brazil urges the the world states and expecialy the main nuclear powers to sign this Treaty in the interest of peace and survival of our race.

P.S. Brazil wishes to point out that this treaty in no way limits nuclear weapons development or stockpiling. It is merely an attempt to save the fragile ecosystem of our planet and avoid another Nuclear Holocost over 1-2 square kilometers of land.

Russia did not sell any missile technology to the Commonwealth. We agreed to provide missiles for space missions, however no transfer of technology was to take place.
But you promised to sell the Commonwealth and our South American friends 14 technologies and 14 it is by count so someone must have sent us the designs.
Wellington is working on solving this mystery, at the moment we only know that the designs arrived at one of our military research labs and was naturally assumed to be a part of the CER package deal. Was the Pirvithii missile tech. sold to anyone else but the CER?
(Who sent me the techs. Goober? I'm assuming it was some kind of trade agreement, and maybe the CER sent it by mistake but Lolzor, this is like evil-Santa dumping a shipment of plutonium in my fridge by mistake.)
The CU values her friendship with the CER (even if the Australia-incident was an insane overkill), and has no grievances against India with the change of government and will return the designs if requested to do so.
