Making winning a habit, it was another relatively easy one for Cactus Pete this month, grabbing the fastest domination at the same time. The race for the silver was more interesting, with Erkon just edging-out sarum!

Very impressive Diplomatic Victory by Balbes . Hope that you will post a final spoiler in addition to your excellent mid-game spoiler. This was obviously not the right time to go for Diplomatic Victory as I did. I suppose you are going for a GOTM eptathlon so fastest Diplomatic Victory should be easier to get from now on .

Wow, that's a very high proportion of losses for a monarch level game. Nearly half of the entries. Normally it takes an emperor level game to give that high a loss/win ratio.

What happened? Was there something I didn't notice about the map that would've made this game harder than normal?

First off, thanks to the admins for running another fun game.

Congrats to all of the winners. Personally, I'm quite impressed (and ever so slightly peeved) by chunkymonkey's Spaceship launch date. And Mutineer's as well, considering the handicap.

I like that Dhoomstriker and Cat Behemoth took home medals for both the Fastest and Slowest victories in their categories. Very admirable efficiency there!

Sorry Vynd looks like the main difference between our games was your early switch to State Property. I stayed in free market all game and maybe this bought me a couple of extra turns of research. The times you were sneak attacked looked like they were a little more costly than mine too which is unlucky. Good luck next time
