GOTM creation porcess????

For all of us newbies out there what is the process that you go through to create a new GOTM game. Please explain it so that anyone is able to create a game that could be used for the GOTM competition.

You're joking aren't you datascat314? Have you played a GOTM game yet? cracker spends a lot of time setting up the maps/scenarios, and the result is far far better than a random map. If you haven't played yet then give it a go and you'll see what I mean!

I remember this question being asked in the FAQ thread fairly recently. Lets see if I can find it...
