I founded Chieftain of the Month back in the middle of Februrary and what do you do but steal the civ from #1 for the next GOTM.

nice bullsh*t youre talkin here...the civs for the GOTMs were chosen at the beginning of the GOTMs, this was way back in november...so who is "stealing" (LOL) here??

I believe these are scheduled in advance. At least it looked that way to me when I visited the GOTM section. Hey, you didn't steal the Americans for your COTM, did ya?
