gotm & scenario folders [ptw & later c3c]

okay i know civ3 vanilla didn't use scenario folders, but with a ptw version even can't they put ALL the customization in a GOTM scenario folder.

i like to keep my main areas like they were and leave customizing in scenario folders. maybe it's just me...

if they're gonna have a ptw or even c3c version can't they fully utilize its features instead of an after thought.

i'd like to play it but perfer to wait until they put all of it in scenario folder and save directory only.

Your question has not gone unnoticed. I assume you are referring to the fact that the \Art\ items are added to the main \Art\ folder while the \Text\ items go into the specific scenario?

I imagine the reasoning is that they would *all* have gone into the main folders, if it wasn't for the fact that the \Text\ items would overwrite existing standard game files. However, I can sympathise with your view that the \scenarios\gotmXX\ folder is the proper place for them all, and I've referred your post to the local gurus for comment.
