I will try to update the list every couple of days so you know your submissions have been received.

I will list new submissions separately at the top and then a complete alphabetical list of all submission to date, so it will hopefully be easy for you to locate your status.

I have not opened or loaded all the files to verify content so please hold onto your save files until at least after the results get posted just in case I need anything from you.

PLEASE DO NOT POST TIMELINES or SAVE FILES HERE as we need to make an effort to keep this thread clean of any spoilers. Also this list is for the GOTM files and submissions only; Please note there is a separate thread for the GOTM QSC.

If your game is missing or if you need to correct the spelling of you "name" as you want it to appear in the results table please email that info to me at the below link.

Creepster, I'm wondering if you got my submission. I got an error message when I sent mine, but then towards the bottom it posted all the stats like it had received the information. Another player (hbdragon88) also had this problem.

We first get a message like:

"Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: php_hostconnnect: connect failed in/usr/lockal/etc/httpd/civfanatics.com/formproc/includes/class.smtp.inc on line 876"

I also got the same message as Bamspeedy when I sent mine about 15 hours or so ago. Do you get a confirmation message to your email saying the submission has been received at all ?

We will have to be patient here and let Creepster assess how the server problems of the past 24 to 48 hours may have effected submissions.

The main file server that supports the submission upload scripts plus our incoming email systems has been locked up off and on since late in the day on Sunday January 19th.

Things are now fixed and if you submitted a game file or sent us an email submission between Saturday (1-18) amd Monday (1-20) then you should watch the submission lists closely in this thread (and the Qsc-15) thread to see if we receive and acknowledge you game submission.

If your name shows up in the list then everthing came through fine. If you name is missing after the list is updated, then contact either creepster or myself to see if we need a resubmission.

Looks like mine got lost too. I got the same upload errors. I'll resubmit it.

i didnt get any upload errors, all seemed just ok.

Does the submitted list only get updated once a week? There were server errors yesterday and not sure in GOTM was received.

OK I updated the submission list, but based on the above posts a few of the submissions are missing. Bamspeedy yours was not there, please resubmit. Same thing for you Matt P. Sorry about that. It looks like everything is working fine this morning. So submit away!!

We are up to 80 games so far this month with another 10 days to go. I encourage everyone to submit the game that they played. We are off to a really good year so far with the number of people playing. The more people that play and submit the better it is for everyone.

Hehe - did HBdragon really get a diplo defeat with a score of 778? Looks like Philibuster award may be heading his way!

Glad to hear my game made it despite error messages on upload.

Col, don't be so sure on who is going to get what this month. It is still way too early. There is a lot of heated races going on for every award this month. The more people that submit the more challenging it will be to get one.
