No, you can vote in any poll. The only purpose of your location is roleplaying.

It was not ment at you ,rather at how Dell19 sarcasticly put fimp down.It was in no way ment as disrespect to you.i have much respect for the noble rulership of our president.
I wan't to help you (and i didn't noticed you asking for it) ,although i must say that at its current form you would still have to update the list to let me take it over ,as i don't know all the player's of this game. (including the one's that don't show up)
You would still have to type al those name's.
Therefore i propose another system for the citizin's registry.We make it a thread where each person post's 1 reply with in that reply his name ,his personal information about his life in the empire ,his location in the empire etc.You only make 1 reply and if you want to modify youre information you edit youre post.
that way people can move themself's and all the work is devided over all the people registering in the register.Call it their own personal space.At last then make the thread sticky ,so it is always within newbie range.
If that system is okay for you.

We can easily leave the gouverment registry to the people to ,by creating a gouverment thread.and making it sticky.and a new gouverment would create it's own thread to.
Alas those thread's would be cool for roleplay.

Oh...sorry. Me and Immortal have been in negoitations for the last 4 days about him taking over the Citizen Registry.
Once TF grants him access, he's going to take over. You could work together. Take half the cities each.
