gran columbia +1 Mp removal

I have zero interest in having gran columbia in the game with such an ability, but I'm stuck with them cause I want the Mayans. I don't know much at all about modding, so I'de like to make a request for a mod.

Just a mod that would remove the +1mp for all units, that this new civ gets.

Until Firaxis patches in a more creative +mp mechanic, I'de appreciate a mod like this.

Just gave Gran Columbia a try.....I'm in need of this mod for sure now. Its so incredibly unbalanced.

Still hoping someone with modding experience can help me out with this. Just keeping Gran Columbia as is while removing the movement bonus. It would be a quick fix I would be happy with.
