[Vanilla] Graphic glitch - "Line of Cloud" - I NEED to know if others have seen this

These lines, most often of clouds, sometimes of camp fires, do appear at random. They usually flicker as I zoom and scroll, and are gone after end of turn.

I have no mods installed, tried the usual reinstall, update of drivers, windowed mode etc. to no avail. I cannot recall a specific update after which this bug appeared, but there have been some updates since I got this game in early December. I have been playing this game on and off, and only two weeks ago I've noticed this for the first time, this hadn't happened before.

I need to know if you have seen this - or haven't. How to fix this is another step, but I got a very expensive new gaming rig (I7, SSD, NVidia 1080 etc...) and need to know if the system is defect - and needs to be returned - or if it is a bug of the game.

I've got no suggestions on how to fix it but I would like to know too as I keep seeing this every now and then; most commonly in the late game when there is a lot more going on the screen at one time.

Hmm nope, have never seen them. Well, i played only 2 late games for now. Will pay attention from now on.
