Graphic Issue with Menus & Panels

I am running the game under Vista with a SiS Mirage 3 graphics card and all menus & panels seem to be jittery & jumpy. Rather unplayable...

I get the distinct feeling your card doesn't support shader 2. Did you have these sorts of probs with Civ4?

I haven't got Civ4. I checked my graphic card producer's website and it clearly states that my card, SiS Mirage 3+, supports Pixel Shader 2.0...

Anybody else with the same problem? Or any other ideas??

Have you tried updating the graphics card driver? I'm fairly sure it's going to be a gfx related issue somehow.

Yes, I have the most up-to-date drivers available. None of my other games that require a 3D graphics card have this issue. Shall I get in touch with 2KGames?

You can try, but i don't like your chances there.
