Graphics advanced options resets

Hi all,

I'm experiencing a minor graphics issue with Civilization Beyond Earth. I run the game on custom profile with all the advanced graphics settings set to high. Thing is that after playing for a while the profile reset to ultra, which has two lower settings, Terrain detail level & Water Quality set to medium & low, respectively.

Is there any way to force CivBE to keep the settings I want? By rebooting the game I can get the settings I want but sooner or later they reset to ultra and rebooting the game each time this happens to get wanted settings is a bit of a hassle. Please help.
