GRAPHICS: Improved Wonder pics

Alessandro had a hard drive failure, but if he can get the file off his tape drive backups he is going to send them to me and I will post it. He taught me a technique to reverse engineer it, but I didn't want to post that imperfect copy of the overlay when I might have the real deal coming soon.

Not sure if this was already mentioned, but in the very first post Il Mafioso asked for the font in the game. The only font file included with the game is in the root Civ3 directory and it's Lucida Sans (or LSANS.TTF). It is indeed the font for the game, if anybody is interested.

The guy who orginally did this appears to have left for good, but the good news: Everything is still correct. There was only one new wonder added in PtW: The Internet. GIDustin, bless him, has added the wonder pic on this page- look above a few posts. Just download that, unzip it, and stick it in your PtW/Art/Wonder Splash folder, then it is updated for PtW. I'm happy GIDustin was able to do it.

DJ..nah I know it has the Internet in it...but what I mean is...ya know when you complete a wonder and the splash screen comes up and there is a listing of the civs on the right with it's traits...when I originally downloaded it..it just had the Vanilla Civ 3 civs in it and not PtW's..that's what I meant by it bein updated

Ah, I see. Why don't you do it, then? Or someone can volunteer to do the job. I'd do it, but have no graphic talent whatsoever unless you count pen and paper doodling

I made an updated Wonder screen background for this, with the info for the PTW civs included, but I can't attach it to a message because it's too big. Anyone know how I can get it up here ?
