Apparently, just like in old Civ IV, you only need Education tech
to create a Military Academy; however, when you look at the icon for building it on the Great General's action buttons, there is a bright red 'Requires Military Science' text. Yet you can build Military Academy anyway, after Education is researched - the button is not grayed out despite the red warning. Also, the tech tree shows Military Academy as something you can build upon completing Military Science tech and not Education tech. Documentation contradicts what actually happens....
