Great People Generation: visual improvements

As some who lurk here might have noticed, reloading/replaying a turn in GotM etc matches is strictly forbidden and that is fine. However the game sometimes shows you wrong information which leads to failures for which a player can't do anything. If he would have been given the correct information his plan would have worked perfectly.
Such an issue exists with the generation of great people.

In this picture you can see that I should generate a great engineer as well as a great scientist both in two turns:

However actually I produced just a great engineer on the next turn already - according to the information I was giving at that point the progress should have been 399/400. As I do have Hagia Sophia with it's +25% bonus to gp generation it's pretty clear that this happened because decimals are cut off while still being calculated.
(mhh wait... maybe not all that clear, as then it should show 7 instead of 6, as the real value is 7.5 (6*1.25).

There is no reason why this is the case. For food, production etc there are decimals shown and there is more then enough room in the great people generation sections to also show them.

In the next picture - after a reload (was not a gotm/gauntlet) - knowing that I'd produce the GE already in one turn, I put a second specialist into the university, so that I will produce both great people on the next turn already. That however is rarely possible to do - and never if a reload is not allowed:

Note that this panel also says 2 turns left for the GE. The game knows it will be produced the next turn - however the turn calculation is based on the rounded/cut off value instead of the actual value, which makes no sense whatsoever.

TL;DR: Show decimal values for great people generation (gain per turn and total progress) and make sure the calculation for completion is correct. While at it, just also add the calculation (xx turns remaining) to the city screen mouse-over info (top image - it even could be placed onto the yellow bar instead of just into the mouse over info, so one can clearly see it at one glance already).
 
I think everyone will agree with you, hopefully such a change can be made through patches or otherwise. Wrong dispay is a bad thing.
