Great Prophet not appearing

In two of my recent games, my religion has founded and I have recruited my great prohet. However, he does not spawn. Tried reloading game, but no prophet.. Poof!

When you say your "religion has founded," what do you mean? You can only get one Great Prophet ... ever .. and that Great Prophet's only use is to found a religion. Once your religion is founded, you no longer accrue Great Prophet points and no more Great Prophets will spawn for you.

By founded I mean I earned enough points to recruit the prophet. I click the recruit button, and the prophet failed to appear. Poof! lol
When I look at the great people page, it says I have recruited him, but I don't get the option to choose the next parts of my religion because I can't activate him on my holy site because he didn't appear..

no you missunderstand i think...great prophet is not recruited with faith as in Civ5....he is a great person and must appear on the great person list....like engineers and scientists

I'm guessing Arabia was in the game, it can cause some issues with human players getting Prophets.
