I don't think that 3 clicks (open culture overview, press Swap & optimize, close window) requires automation. Especially that it's not even needed every turn...

Swaptimize, I use manual as egypt to have some spread until I dont care anymore.

Always "swap and optimize". I hit the button several times, as sometimes the algo seems to benefit from iterations.
