There is a building tag greatscientistbeakermodifier, which as I deduce, modifies scientists bulb ability.

Do anybody know how does it work? It's percentage, plain bonus, something else? How several buildings with this parameter interact?

It's a percentage; the International Space Station (BNW wonder) uses it. I would expect the effect to stack with other buildings, but to be entirely sure I'd suggest you test it
