It seems that every time I edit the terrain files for my scenarios a bunch of gray triangles at the edges of all of my terrain are overlaying everything. How do I get rid of these?

Assuming Civ2 vanilla, try this: open up the terrain .gifs & paint the 4 corners pink instead of grey. This has worked for me, at least. Same deal if you get grey corners w/ cities, units, etc.
