can i move more than 1 unit at the same time ????

i mean it take some time to move 30 units..

Nope.

Yes - but only units of the same type (this is presuming you have the latest patch which you really shouldn't be playing civ without)
Press J - this selects all units in the stack of the same type. then move using the mouse.
