Grrrr, error message

This is my first post... hopefully i've uploaded the picture i'm trying to show correctly.

I keep getting this damn error message randomly. It just started recently. i left my computer on for 2 days with Civilizations 3 running, that's the only possible explanation, that or this just started happening for some other reason. Anyways, when i got back i exited out, rebooted (after taking out the disk), and started getting this message overrrrr and overrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

And, also;

I get the message after loading or starting a new game. Somewhere between 10-20 minutes in i get it, and must quit

Not seen that one. What is the OS, XP/Vista/Win7? If Win7 are you running as admin? What about your patch level and version? Any ini changes like Keepres, Video, res?
