Taiwan and Singapore have malaria cases?

Singapore was malaria free for nearly 3 decades but it cropped up again last year. Taiwan... well it's claimed to be eradicated there, and I can't find any recent cases. I just recoloured this map http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Malaria_map.PNG so if it's wrong, blame wikipedia.

Trinidad is quite a well developed nation for the Caribbean. Lots of oil wealth. Ridiculously high crime rate, though. Last I checked it's gotten even worse than Jamaica.

Yeah, but it's tropical and close enough to the South American that I would have expected it to be less isolated.

The only statistic I could find with Slovenia on top, is number of Olympic Gold medals per inhabitant (1 for every 500 000). But that doesn't fit with the rest of the map...
