Guess the new unit

Yeah, I looked up your stuff a couple weeks ago, Wyrm. Just got off a kick myself and went back to Civ, after I finally got to the center of the galaxy and blew up a couple planets. I enjoy making my units in the Civ age the most, however.

This is the last thing I was working on before my computer decided it didn't like me 2 weeks ago. Yes, it's General George Armstrong Custer. There was no Little Big Horn for him to die in 1876. So in WW1 he's an ornery old coot, but still the most senior general in the field. For the army flag I'm going to do a modification of the 4th Infantry Division insignia.

Ornery old coot is right. GA Custer's character in the books was very interesting to read about.

I figured Custer would be easier to model and animate than his adjutant, Abner Dowling. Inside joke there.

Hmm ... Hard to tell at Civ scale - PIAT team?

Looks like an early ww2 machine gun team to me. Probably British by the looks of khaki uniform.

Could be a Vickers MG, if it is I cannot wait to see the other animations since the assistant gunner is carrying the tripod and the Gunner has the barrel. A Piat team would be interesting but they do not have a tripod.
