Hacked?

I spotted some posts which have apparently been edited by someone other than moderators/poster. In this thread specifically.
The edited person appears as [Hacked by chinese] or something. I cant see what has been done if indeed there has been a hack, unless its to do with the off-site links featured in the thread ?
