Though, a thought arose. If you're running a well-functioning empire that has plenty of resources to spare, couldn't you just spam settlers to found new cities to significantly increase the excessive happiness/health rate per turn? Or is this to be understood as a strategem rather than an overlook?
I'm thinking of incorporating this to my personal mod, but I'm worried Golden Ages would then become a gameplay element that would have to be acknowledged in every session, regardless of traits or strategy.
Questions: Does empire size or game speed/map size affect how much happiness/health you need to accumulate? I read through your changes in CvEventManager.py, so I'm thinking no?
PS: I just realized this modcomp makes skirmish warfare that much more effective in subduing one's rivals.
