Hard Drive Error

When I start up my other computer i get a message that OLEAUT32.DLL is unavalible and cant be opened. I cant open any programs, and when i open my coputer i get explorer has performed an illegal operation and must close.
Help.

Either run CHKDSK /F through recovery console or just reinstall Windows

I manages to fix it, i had to replace the file using the run menu.
