Harder AI vs AI+

I'm not an expert on mods and whatnot, so I thought I would ask the population here.

Which of these 2 mods is considered to be "better" than the other?

Or do they serve different purposes?

Harder AI actually uses AI+ as one of the main components, I don't know why it isn't mentioned in the description. It doesn't include the latest version of it yet though.
Harder AI adds some other mods which affect some game problems which have positive impacts on the AI's functioning. If you like these changes, you may want to consider harder ai when it uses the last version of AI+. For now while it's not updated, I would recommend installing the individual components since v8 of AI+ is a big improvement over v7.

I guess if using YnAMP from where do import map resource, last one is not required right?
